Jeffrey M. Orenstein, who is AV-rated, heads up our firm’s litigation practice. We have substantial experience in all types of litigation. We represent clients in jury and non-jury trials before all State and Federal Courts.

The firm’s litigation practice has resulted in the successful resolution of a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract, employment relationships, partnership and corporate disputes, and business torts such as fraud, unfair competition and conversion. We have handled multi-party litigation to individual cases in a cost-effective manner.

Mr. Orenstein, a former IRS general counsel and judicial law clerk, is regularly called on to represent Bankruptcy Estates and Debtors in a multitude of business and consumer litigation.
